• All vehicles brought to 麻豆传媒 Fox University or the surrounding neighborhoods must be registered with Campus Public Safety within one week of campus activity (students and employees)
• Students are to register their vehicles in My麻豆传媒Fox (instructions are listed below)
• Unregistered vehicles found after the add/drop date will be cited for a non-registered vehicle
• Multiple violations for a non-registered vehicle may incur a graduated fine of up to a total of $90
• Vehicles found with three or more citations for a non-registered vehicle may be immobilized as per our booting policy
• Permits will be mailed to the address given in the vehicle registration process
• Permits take two weeks to be processed, so plan accordingly

Vehicle Registration Details for Employees and Students

Employees

• All employee permits are now virtual starting August 2025. You may register up to three (3) vehicles. Register here:
• New employees - Parking permit is free as part of your employee benefit
• Returning employees
  • If you need to add a vehicle registration, you may now do it online. You can now have up to three vehicles registered with a virtual permit. Should you need help, please email Campus Public Safety at campussafety@georgefox.edu

Students

• On-Campus Students - Cost included in Student Fee. No registration fee required. Replacement permits are $5
• Commuters - Cost included in Student Fee. No registration fee required. Replacement permits are $5
  • Commuters may register two vehicles
  • If you need to add a vehicle, please bring your DMV registration information to the Campus Public Safety office
• Graduate students on the Newberg campus - Cost included in Student Fee. No registration fee required.
  • Graduate students may register two vehicles
  • If you need to add a vehicle, please bring your DMV registration information to the Campus Public Safety office

Vehicle Registration Instructions

Before beginning the online process, please be sure you have the following:

• Student or employee ID number
• Driver's license number and state
• Vehicle make, model, color and year
• Registered owner information and relationship to driver
• License plate number and state

To register your vehicle:

1. Navigate to portal.
2. Click on "Permits"
3. Follow the instructions
4. If you have any trouble registering your vehicle, please call Campus Public Safety at 503-554-2090
